REGISTRATION
All contestants must register in person in The Country Club of Hudson Western Reserve Room on Tuesday, June 17th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Place in the tournament shall be forfeited by any player from whom no word is received by 1:30 p.m., Tuesday June 17th. Tournament tee times will be distributed at registration.
CANCELLATIONS
To withdraw from the tournament and receive a full refund, cancellations must be received by May 10th, 2008.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice round will be Tuesday, June 17th. The practice round will start at 12:00 p.m. shotgun. The putting facility and driving range will be available for practice beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17th. Those within driving distance from The Country Club of Hudson may schedule a practice round prior to June 17th. However, only one practice round per contestant is permitted. Parents wishing to accompany their son/daughter during a practice round prior to June 17st will be charged cart and greens fee.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Please see list of hotels on website. All hotels are approximately 10-20 minutes driving distance from the golf course. Players staying at hotels are responsible for their own airport transportation to and from Cleveland Hopkins Airport and Akron Canton Airport. Capitol Charter Limousine Service (1-888-425-6081) and Emerald Limousine Service (1-800-404-8911) offers transportation to both Cleveland Hopkins Airport and Akron Canton Airport.
TRANSPORTATION
Players must complete and return the enclosed transportation form by May 25th. If you did not request housing on your application but would like to stay with a host family, please call the PGA Professional, Jeff Camp at 330-650-1192 immediately. Flights should be arranged through the Cleveland Hopkins Airport and the Akron Canton Airport. Tournament transportation to the airport is available only to players staying with a host family.
SOFT SPIKES
The Country Club of Hudson requires the use of soft spikes. Locker Room attendants will be available, on a limited basis, to respike shoes for $10.00 per pair.

ATTIRE
No T-shirts, denim shorts or pants, cutoffs, headphones or cellular phones are permitted on golf course. Required attire for the tournament banquet includes shirt and tie for boys (no hats) and dress clothes for girls. June weather in Northeast Ohio can be very unpredictable. We advise you to bring warm clothes and rain gear just in case.
CONTESTANT AND GUEST DINING
Tournament fees include lunch for particpants on June 18th, 19th and 20th. Tournament banquet for particpants only is on June 19th. Parents and spectators dining is aviable at The Country Club of Hudson for lunch and dinner everyday. All major credit cards are accepted.
CADDIES/GOLF CARTS
Caddies and spectator carts are prohibited during the tournament – NO EXCEPTIONS.
